The Chocolate Company, LLC v. Arthur Jefferson Fairhall
11/30/2005 05-2-38994-0 CWM Complaint for dissociation of LLC member. The defendant, who is the founder of the Essential Baking Company, formed The Chocolate Company and recruited other members of the LLC. The LLC members claim the defendant has become "incapacitated from illegal drug use, organic mental disease" or a combination of both, which has caused him to take out "delusional ranting" advertisements in The Stranger newspaper. The plaintiffs claim the defendant's published statements, such as "espousing incest as an ideal human relationship," stating that he is Jesus Christ and declaring his intent to add psychedelic drugs to chocolate have harmed the company.
